Marketing Event Specialist - Great Dane

Worked primarily with events team, organizing and planning events with 30 to 350 participants. Self-taught understanding and experience with Cvent event planning software. Design and produced content for event emails and website utilizing HTML/CSS website languages. Member of Innovation Challenge Team developed and planned company Innovation Challenge.

Business Analysis - Sherwin Williams

Member of the Business Process Improvement Team at Sherwin Williams. This team's main responsibility was helping AR and AP business process owners connect with the development team to create more efficient ways to use their software. We were tasked with learning complex business processes and then relaying that information to the development team to create custom jobs, applications, or new software. This was completed with the help of workflows, a ticketing system, user testing, and other tools and processes. We then had to monitor the progress of several different development changes, while answering any questions that came up along the way. Always making sure our new processes were Lean Six Sigma approved.
